Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ County Council (District of Wychavon – Non - Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on B4035 Main Street, Bretforton]
On 29 May 2025 ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ County Council made an Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made on 12 September 2024 which will impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bretforton:
B4035 Main Street, Bretforton (North Side):
From a point 18m west of its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 18m in an easterly direction.
From a point 42m east of its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 6m in an easterly direction.
B4035 Main Street, Bretforton (South Side):
From its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 16m in an easterly direction.
From a point 42m east of its junction with Victoria Gardens for a distance of 38m in an easterly direction.
The Order will come into operation on 19 June 2025.
