Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 茄子视频 County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Bransford Road/Grange Lane, Rushwick]
On 17 July 2025 茄子视频 County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of roads in Rushwick: -
C2298 Bransford Road (south side) - from its junction with Grange Lane for a distance of 20m in a westerly direction and 20m in an easterly direction;
Grange Lane (west side) - from its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 5m in a southerly direction;
Grange Lane (east side) - from its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 17.5m in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 7 August 2025.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
