Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ County Council (Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Humphries Drive & Mill Lane, Kidderminster]
On 29 May 2025 ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at all times on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:
Humphries Drive, Kidderminster (northeast side): from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 10m in a south easterly direction;
Humphries Drive, Kidderminster (southwest side): from a point opposite its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 21m in a south easterly direction and 14.6m in a north westerly direction;
Mill Lane, Kidderminster (southeast side): from its junction with Humphries Drive for a distance of 15.5m in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 19 June 2025.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
